In this role, you’ll oversee the entire commissioning programme, ensuring every mechanical, electrical, and control system is fully tested, verified, and ready for operational excellence. Working closely with an expert team, you’ll be at the centre of one of Europe’s most exciting mission-critical builds.
 

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all stages of commissioning from early planning to client handover
• Prepare, update, and track commissioning programmes, reports, and readiness milestones
• Drive coordination between suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams
• Supervise commissioning engineers across multiple disciplines
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety regulations, and international standards
• Lead witness testing, inspections, and validation activities with the client
• Manage and verify all commissioning documentation and final certification packages

Requirements:

• Significant experience as a Commissioning Manager on large-scale MEP or data centre projects
• Technical expertise across both mechanical and electrical disciplines
• Proven leadership in managing multiple commissioning workstreams
• Strong client-facing skills and the ability to maintain clear communication under pressure
• EU passport or right to work in Germany without sponsorship
